It's a terrible idea.
Unless you're actually tired to the point that you're about to collapse over your homework or something, napping is really risky decision.
You wake up from your half-hour rest feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world.
EVERYTHING IS DIFFERENT :')
SUDDENLY, YOU CAN FINISH ALL YOUR HOMEWORK REALLY FAST, AND SLEEP EARLY TWO.
Then, what actually happens:
You wake up half-dead, not knowing what century it is.
"What time is it?" you wonder, glancing at the clock.
6:30
"OH NO I MISSED THE BUS WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE"
...
and then you realize it's actually 6:30 pm, and your memories from before you decided to pass out for three hours slowly start resurfacing.
90% of the time, that second scenario is what happens.
Today, I actually managed to feel refreshed after waking up from a three-hour nap.
It was a such a beautiful feeling :')
Except then, I didn't start homework until around 9:30 pm.
Whoops.
See, napping kills your sense of time.
It also disrupts your sleeping schedule, but mine is already so screwed up that it doesn't even matter anymore.
At this time, I've completed three bio objectives.
That's all I've done with my life.
I only had three left, so basically I completed the whole assignment, but the point is the only thing I did today was those three stupid questions.
I'm annoyed at myself.
I still have to do that one page paper for TSA, even though it'll probably only take me half an hour.
I still have to do data analysis.
I still have to do history homework.
All those "oh, it'll only take half an hour" times are adding up now.
Stupid naps.
They're such evil things.
(You know who else is evil?
Jasmine.
Chatting and stuff on gmail is really bad when you're trying to be productive.
...distracting chat messages that I keep replying too >.>)
Anyway--
---you know, all my chat conversations somehow end up involving Court.
I don't even understand why.
I guess he's just that awesome.
ANYWAY, moral of the day: Don't take naps, children. Unless you're dying and desperately need one.
Aha. I can now cross blogging off my long To-Do list.
One down, three to go.
